Add the ability to select which roles can use a certain server emoji

I have a set of emoji on my server that I use to mark accepted and rejected suggestions. The problem is that everyone can use them, and i want to make it so you can only use these certain emojis if you have a role with a permission to. This will probably be in the emoji menu, and you can select what roles can use the emoji that you are currently editing (changing the name of, or adding).

edit: also maybe add an option so you can choose if a role can't add that reaction to message but can still react using it if it's added or not

  There is a solution for it if you have a Nitro subscription. You can add these emoji to a different server of your own and use the server-wide emoji feature, but that is probably not suitable for everyone, because I'm assuming people won't buy Nitro just for a couple of role-exclusive emoji on a server.
