False Assumption
I just got an E-mail from Discord with this line in it:
" We want to empower you to create a sense of belonging in your life."
This is a loaded statement, that presumes the recipient does not already have a sense of belonging in their life. The flip side of that statement is: Discord is a place for lost souls, people who don't fit in anywhere else.
Is this really the message you're trying to send out?
Additionally: You put a link for feedback, but instead of it being private, you've got it redirecting to a forum.
If someone is actually suffering from a problem of low self esteem: directing them to a community location for them to respond without knowing anyone is like an invitation for every troll to pounce on the newbie.
Both show incredibly poor judgement on the part of Discord, and I hope this feedback results in better dynamics in the future.

While I believe that statement was made in jest... you know dry humor?
Although... I did upvote you based on your thoughtful mindset for others. That is a rare trait for humanity and I respect that you have it.

I think I got banned just because I needed to have me friend show me on their phone at their house. I was on their wifi and I think server. I still have a lot to learn.
