Hide Member List Permission to prevent spam bots!

As a gaming server we often have issues with advertising bots that join the discord server and message members from the member list.

A good way to defeat these bots would be to hide the members list for new joiners.

With a permission, you can grant members who've been verified the ability to see the members list.

This would be an awesome improvement to discord. One of skypes biggest issues were spam bots, discord can easily fix the issue if something like this suggestion was added.
