Server Admins and Moderators should be able to hide user statuses

Hi! As an admin of a growing server and community, increasingly, there have been instances where a user's custom status or displayed game activity violates our server's rules. It would be nice for an admin to have a permission to toggle to allow or disallow certain roles from displaying custom statuses in our server. Another point is that this could be done by right-clicking and 'server-muting' their status individually. Such a system would be useful to have and would make my community easier to moderate without just kicking non-compliant users.
