Tweak the "Read Message History" permission
WHAT'S ALREADY THERE: Discord bots that help admins/mods moderate a server often cannot perform actions such as warning or banning a member without that member being able to have access to the channel (you can see if they have access by looking at the members list on the right).
THE PROBLEM: This is a problem because what if someone wants to perform those bot commands WITHOUT that member or other members seeing it?
THE SOLUTION: Tweak the "View Message History" permission by making it so that all roles that have it turned OFF (red) for them in the channel permissions can not view ANY messages whatsoever, instead of the message eventually going away. With this solution, members will still have "access" to the channel, but they won't be able to view ANY MESSAGES SENT. Pair that with the existing channel permission of "Send Messages" being denied (red), and you got yourself an admins/mods bot chat with the bots being able to moderate members without them seeing.
HOW THIS IS USEFUL: Other than the admins/mods bot chat application, it can be used for various other things. One such application is VERIFICATION. For example, in order for a member to "prove" themself as being the age/person they say they are, a server can have them send a picture of their face with a piece of paper with their Discord tag written down on it next to them. However, members may not want their faces being shown to other members. Instead of clogging up an admin's DMs, the admins can create a channel that has "View Message History" disabled for non-admins. Members will be able to send their picture without worrying about other members seeing them, and admins will be able to easily verify that person's identity without getting their DMs filled with pictures.

I do like the ideaBut there are important uses for the current permissionFor example, in my server; when we're discussing whether we want to hire someone, we all talk about it in the main chat. If we hire them, then they can see the chatIf they can see msg history, they may dislike other staff because they voted against themSo having it how it is is goodA different solution:Have a new perm called "see channel" so you can turn that on AND have "read messages" turned off2

I really, really want this to be a thing. It'd be fine to keep the current one, but I honestly think that this version would be more useful.
