Add more badges like 'server owner' for other staff

Be able to either add your own icons or have set ones to be added as a new permission. It could be a check mark (example: https://imgur.com/a/Uevn7cv) or something else custom made or something where you can upload your own.

It would appear next to your name in the members list the same as the owner icon does now (example: https://imgur.com/a/QMYEJ6g)

Then, you could enable/disable this icon for roles with a permission! Such as 'moderator tag' then you turn it on and anyone with that role gets the tag (unless they also had a higher role with a different tag)
