Stranger bot

I found some stranger bot that joined in my server without join message and that don t appear in member list and who promote he's content in my server , It's possible to talk about a cheater ? Or it is "Troian Bot" ?? I can not see he's profile I can just delete he's meesage. Evidence: https://imgur.com/zjN99ai
