Account banned for being against the anti-spam countermeasures

Hi there, I just lost my discord account for sending a friend request 2 times to a friend. Was also Moderator in a 120k discord server which i don't like to lose my role for this type of stuff. How is that even possible to get banned  for sending 2 friend requests.. I never runned a selfbot on my account and I never will since it's against the TOS. I didn't spam any DMs, didn't advertise in DMs, had a blacklist bot in developement and nothing. I already contacted discord and i'm waiting for an answer. I hate to waste money where i spent them for Nitro, i just want to use what I paid
