[Suggestion] Banning every account on a server that's tied to an IPbanned person

i've been an admin in a few servers that have had consistent problems with people who get ip banned but have alts in the server.

as it is now, even if you ip ban someone, if they still have an alt in the server that alt won't get banned. the problem is in this situation we don't know WHO that alt is so we can't ban that account too

my suggestion is just to add an option: add a switch so that if you ip ban an account it'll also ban any other account with the same ip currently in the server and remove them too

(maybe as a side add an option to only ban 1 account and not tie it to ip? less useful but just as an option)
