My server got hacked last night, recovered, now most members are not showing up on list

Hello. My server got hacked around midnight. Luckily, I've managed to stop it and recover most of it, but then I started to have problems. Most of the server's members disappeared from the list, but they are still there in the members section of server settings. Also, they still don't appear even when their roles are allowed to see all the channels. I don't know what I can do about this.
