Background Idea

I've made this suggestion before, but I think it would be really cool if Discord added a feature where we can literally change the background of channels in our server. This would be really useful for those who have roleplay or roleplay in their server. Basically how it works is you select a channel in your server and you can pick between 

  • Change Background as a Image
  • Change background as a Gif
  • Change background as a animation

This would make roleplaying much more creative.

    Discord explained that unfortunatly a whole gif/image with 1MB or more for every respective channel would be TOO much storage and CPU :/

    A background neither cuz' it's betterdiscord's original idea
