Nick Naming anyone

I believe it would be a step in the right direction to be able to nickname friends/servers/non-friend messaged/deleted users/etc... this would help us all keep track of who is who a lot better.

    Being able to nickname your friends is a thing in Servers to people with the "Manage Nicknames" Permission. Servers are the same with "Manage Servers" permission active.
