Changing server ownership from banned account to new account

Hello, my account was banned and i was owner and only admin on my and my small friend group server. How do you think, support will help me and change ownership to my new account or another user account? Or should i make new sever?

    Our server’s owner id got terminated and we need to transfer ownership from their old account to their new one, but we can’t because we’d need access to their account. In cases like this, there needs to be a way to forcefully transfer the ownership. Perhaps if more than half of the admins vote to do so.

    P.S. If someone could help us that would be greatly appreciated
