Verification code I did not request

I’ve gotten a few verification code texts that I did not request, should I be worried about this?

  Someone has probably typed your phone number as their number on their Discord account and doesn't realize it.  If you're worried, make sure you have 2-factor authentication active. But that's probably what it is, just a mistake on their part.

  It keeps asking me to verify my phone number but I don’t have a phone number on my account and when I put my number in I get the verification code but it keeps on going back to please put your number in screen so I can never verify it
