[Feature Request] ~ Owner Channel Type

Hi Team,

I request a vanilla ability for server owners to have the capacity to create their own hidden channels.

The purpose of this is to prevent users with the Administrator's permission to be able to see and join these channels unless the server owners grant the channel permission to them individually. 

The reason for this request, my admins are good at their job, however, I would like a place to hide away & write & store notes without the admins having the capacity to read or join these channels.

    instead of setting the administrator permission, you simply set all other permissions to on except for the administrator permission. the drawbacks of this are that they cant see private channels unless directly given access, and they cant bypass slow mode.
