The 'something's going on' screen should be more clear

Alright, so I don't understand why I get this screen, the best I know is that I tried to run two different accounts but I don't understand why that's not allowed. I made a new account today and I opened my account on my phone while my other account was on my computer in an attempt to not get this screen, but i still got it. I think this screen should at least have some information about why this is happening because it takes over an hour to try to reactivate an account with the same phone number and it is frustrating because it doesn't seem to have any reason to happen.
