You should add an option where mods can edit people with lower roles' messages

Mods should get the ability to edit other person's messages. When they edit it, it shows "Edited by ADMINUSERNAME -see original"

    Um, I dunno, maybe moderating?

    The "edited by" tag will show that a mod/admin did it, so users are free to complain to the admin if a mod is abusing their role. The admin can remove the moderator if it leads to that.
