You would need to request transfer of the ownership by going to http://dis.gd/report and then select Server Ownership Transfer Request and then add the following details along with what they request:
-Server Name
-Server ID
-Inactive owner's Discord Tag
-Inactive owner's User ID
-New owner's Discord Tag
-New owner's User ID.2 -
The problem is my server meets all the requirements to transfer but i had mods but they control it using mee6 and other bots like why discord doesn't make it simple and my account is disabled
1. The server is a public server
2. The server has more than 100 members in it
3. The previous server owner has not accessed their account for at least a month, and
4. The new server owner currently has administrator and/or moderator permissions within this server.and rule number 4 i still have couple of days to wait to see if they will allow me i tried to ask them and they denied it

octakind You could ask the mods to promote you if they have the rights to do that, then request the transfer again. Or you could ask one of them to request the ownership for themselves, and then have them transfer the ownership to your new account.

the issue is all the mods cant do that im the owner and i was the only one that could do that

if they have the control over mee6 and have the role moderator but without administrator role would it work? they can ban mute and all but using the bot mee6
