New feature in status

Add a new function to the status, namely when I have the "do not disturb" status so that I should not be able to write in a personal message, mention on the servers and what could be configured in the "settings", what exactly could be configured: let's say that used to write in a private message certain people or all friends or no one at all, it was possible to configure which servers could be pinged or none at all. And all this works while I have this status
