Enhanced Role Management

The linear tree thats in place now does a lot but it just isn't enough for big or complex servers. With a Branching tree style you could create roles admins for certain roles. I wanted to create different groups within one discord server that could have access to roles beneath them but have them all at the same level so they cant mess with each others channels and or members. The linear system does not allow for multiple paths of permissions while there is ways to fix this with a band-aid, such as setting channel permissions I found no way to fix the role management issue so that I dont have to personally add new members to each group only make an admin in charge of some roles. 

I know trusting certain people with admin would solve this problem but with the anonymity of the internet and distrust i am certain people might start abusing certain powers.
