Discord should improve their ban system just a little
Discord should improve their ban system in these ways:
Add an IP ban option
- I know bans on Discord are IP based already, but this IP ban option should be added just in case someone chooses to not ban their IP
Add a "Report to Discord's Trust and Safety Team" option upon the ban window
- This would be good for easily reporting people who raided your server
Make it so where if an account that is less than 1 month old, then if the IP they used to create their account is the same as a banned user's, they won't be able to join
- This would be a good idea and it would stop a lot of ban evasions as if someone creates an account while using a VPN, it will trigger phone verification, if the user already has an alt account, if an admin knows what it is they could ban it as well from the server
Make it where you ban someone, automatically ban every account sharing the same client ID and phone number (The client ID is generated if someone installs the discord app and it stays the same even if the user uses different accounts on that discord app, if the user is using the web version of Discord, the client ID is generated using browser cookies)
- This could help with sockpuppetry

Hey, that's a really great idea!!
Hopefully the discord team will take this suggestion and approve it, because as an administrator of some communities, it becomes complicated to manage all the members who use fake accounts to bypass the system and log in again...BIG IDEA!

It is not a good idea to IP ban someone because if someone like their friend/family members are also in the same server, they won't be able to join. And, about the Client ID for browser users can clear data on browser as it also clears cookies and create a new account on Different IP or with VPN

Also, users can factory reset their Wi-Fi router and it would also change their IP address
