Improve Ban-System

Good day,

today I've had some issues with a member of our discord, we weren't able to unban them (we never banned them), even banning and unbanning them didn't help. We open a support-request and the only solution the support gave us was to clear the ban list.

So my suggestions to fix this are:

- Converting and downloading a servers ban list to a .json or .txt file
- Import the ban list to a server from a .json or .txt file
- Clear the ban list with a click

I think this could help some servers that got the same problem.
