Custom Status Moderation Tools for Servers

The custom status is great. One thing I would very much like to see added to discord, though, is a way for the owner/moderators on discord servers to turn off the custom status of all members who are in the server. A breakdown:

- Feature off: All members who have set themselves with a custom status is visible to everyone in the server

-Feature on: With this on, you override their custom status visibility, and all members in the server cannot see your custom status unless the owner allows that option to be back on. With this feature, your custom status is visible to people, but in discord servers where the owner turns that option off, it is not.

I have recommended this, because I am in many family friendly discord servers, where we enforce strong rules to where as people are not being family friendly. (Swearing, suicidal quotes, etc). I’ve come across many users where their custom status is in violation of our discord server rules, but we can’t really ‘Control’ that unless we either ban them, or ask them politely to change their status message. With this feature of being able to turn off the visibility of everyone’s custom status in a discord server, we will not have to take such extremes to ensure the safety of our family friendly discord servers. We try to be fair, I feel this option would allow a lot more fairness within our communities.
