Account deleted?!

Hi opened my laptop and went on the discord app and it did an update and then it said it was deleting my account. I was at the login screen and I put my sign in, in and it took me to create a new account. I opened discord on chrome and it was fine I also checked on my phone it was also fine. I then opened back up the desktop app and I let me log in I did my 2fa everything was fine. I was really scared because I have nitro. I don't know what happened, I'm fine now but I thought I would tell you guys to make sure it doesn't happen again.
