Allow role permissions to be duplicated to other roles

I think implementing this idea would be good because it gets annoying after a while just repeating it every time you want to make a new role. I know that the sync button is available but I think actually making it so you can copy role permissions from one role to another would come in handy at times.

  You can set the permissions you want on the @ everyone role and it will copy onto newly created roles.
