Discord Channel Message Pop-up, Similar to the "NSFW" Pop-up.
Currently, I volunteer for a large company as a Community Mentor. I help/teach members of a very large community about Cyber Security on a regular basis but there is a very common issue which affects all of the mentors and moderators.
Channel Misuse.
The help channels inside the discord are specifically for the rooms that users complete on the website and when they are stuck, they can come and ask the community for help. The three main chats are "room-hints", "room-help" and "mentor-help". room-hints is there specifically for hints but to keep independence, room-help is there for when you have tried your absolute hardest and google cannot help you, and finally mentor-help is for when the community cannot help you so you are looking for outside support specifically from the mentors on the site.
All three of these chats are misused often, people asking for only hints in room-help and people asking for help in mentor-help without asking in the other chats first and sometimes even the site-related tech support channel is used for personal use.
This is specifically feedback for discord's server management and accessibility. Adding a togglable pop-up that administrators can add to specific chats would stop people (or at least avoid the majority) from posting the wrong thing in the wrong place.
I have seen this posted in here before but I would like to revive this topic as it seems to have been neglected and large businesses who use discord would benefit from it greatly. As well as the pop-up itself, the description, title and whether the user can toggle the options "don't show this again", should all be up to the user. This would bring easier server-management to the moderators and server owners as there would be fewer moderator pings to solve this issue and I think that we can all agree.
On the topic of pop-ups, there should also be a warning on the pop-up which states "Not following this may lead to you being blacklisted from the channel or kicked from the server."

I really like this idea. I have same problem with my RP server where people struggle to understand the policy, and I found it fairly complicated to set up a bot verification system. Not everyone are tech wise enough to go through that, and many members got confused by the change.
I think an integrated pop up like this could help make Discord more user friendly for all.3
