Banned and Logged discord .

Today my discord account was token logged , the password and email was changed I watched the email change tos ome 10 minute email thing by the name of janettecazw68@rambler.ru The email that was used for it was olliegaming1234@gmail.com and i think the account was disabled is ther anyway to get it back?
