Ability to use community server perks on mobile

What I mean by this is for example on desktop there’s a community server section, in your own server if you have the desktop app downloaded. so you can setup your server with more perks, people don’t have desktops sometimes and would like to put these perks to use and set them up, but they can’t because have have mobile. Perhaps, make this feature available to all mobile and desktop users?
