explict media content filter on community servers

With Community Servers enabled, it is mandatory for the media filter to scan all members, the problem is that the system does not work as it should, often censoring embed links and blocking the sending of media that has nothing wrong with them, me for example, I just wanted to send these puppies (http://prntscr.com/txqi74) and I can't. If possible, please, improving the system or at least this filter is no longer mandatory with the community servers activated.
