Be able to add roles under the selected role instead of at the end of the list

I think being able to add a role underneath the one that is selected instead of always at the end of the list would be great. A few admins/mods who make and manage servers have said this is something they would like too. It's mainly just ease of management/organization. It would be especially useful for when you have a very long list of roles and need to put a bunch into a certain spot instead of at the end. Its hard to move large amounts around.
