[Suggestion] Badges and mentions

To start, when i call badges, you can call it what ever you want.

The thing what i would like to see, is badges. These badges allow anyone to mention the badges, but they haven't any permissions, and they are not displayed in the role section. I say it because there is a lot of servers where they have too many roles with no admin permissions and every times, and that cause some problems.

This badges could be seen by a little emoji when we click on the user name.
They in the settings, we could choose who can give badges.
These badges could have access to some channels if the permission is granted.


For an example :
On a community server, we have a lot of roles for all of the games, each role hasn't any admin permission,  we could set up the badges for all games, each badges will allow you to go in a category with some channels.
Some badges could be give by yourself anytime.

An other example :
On a other server, if there is a rank system with no admin benefit, each rank is a badges, given by a bot, a moderator or anyone (depends on the badges settings)
