Roles on the same level

For a community, open discord the one thing I personally find hardest to do is make it not seem like one gender is more superior then others by placing them above one another. So what if we could have it so roles are "on the same level" as eachother. It would also mean that it would "class" as the same role (by that I mean you can't give your highest role to someone else, the highest you can go is the one below (unless you own the server obviously)). It just seems like it would cause a lot less issues and would be cool to have in my opinion. +1 or -1 if you think otherwise.
