Option 1: Keep me Safe (Direct messages from everyone will be scanned)

Option 2: My Friends are Nice (Direct messages from everyone will be scanned unless they are a friend)

Option 3: Familiar Servers are Nice: (Direct messages from friends and server members from selected servers will not be scanned

Option 4: The Servers are Trustworthy (Direct messages from friends and all server members from every server you are in will not be scanned)

Option 5: Custom (Direct messages will not be scanned from selected users whether they are a friend or a server member)
