Hide members list and anonymity option / role

I need a way to hide members (with a role) from members (without a role).

This is how it would work; 

New members who join a server will need to introduce themselves in a channel where everyone else, including admins and bots, are anonymous to them. New members will not have access to the member's list and text from members with a specific role will be labeled from an anon user. This will change once they are given a specific role. Members without the specific role will be able to see each other on the member's list though

Also, a way to hide specific roles from showing up. so adding a slide button to make the role "hidden".
