Disabled account - never given the reason - deleted

Hi, a month ago my 4 year old account was disabled, no email explaining why was provided so I send the support an appeal for my account and asked them to explain what have I done to cause this. I never ever once got anyone but Clyde bot send me the generic one message "

Hello,

Your account was disabled for violating our Terms of Service or Community Guidelines. We will not reinstate the account.

Sincerely,
Discord Trust & Safety"

I was never told what caused this, sending emails to support, abuse or using the link to submit a request all lead to the same pointless sentence from Clyde. 17 emails of Clyde replying the same thing, when it was actually bothered to reply back.
I lost so many friends I had no other contact with other than this. Such a despicable and unprofessional way to run a company of this size. Every time something happens in the world they blast their twitter with how much they care bla bla but they don't give 2 cents about their own customers, what a load of lies and deceit it's utterly disgusting.

I don't expect any kind of customer support at this point. Just a rant of someone who feels abused and cheated by a platform that lies and pretends to care so much.
If you have any friends you care for, keep them as a backup on other platforms because discord is utterly unreliable.
