Discord support is the worst.
My account got hacked through epic games over 2 weeks ago, and discord support still refuses to respond at all, I have been waiting for 2 weeks, I have a lot of sensitive information on that account, and the fact that discord does not even care just says a lot about the company. Never seen a worse support service in my life. Maybe they respond to negative criticism who knows, seems like they only care about the image.

Remember that Discord Inc is a dynamic company. While I understand your frustration with your hacked account, remember to be patient. Discord will respond eventually, so all you have to do is wait. Discord is currently experiencing a large influx of requests which does increase response time as well.
Be patient; they'll answer soon.

Commit2 I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but what you're claiming is in fact impossible. Your Discord account was not hacked through Epic Games. I'm not sure what has led you to believe that, but I assure you it's incorrect.

I don't really see how that's bad news. Whether that fact is true or not doesn't change Commit2's point which is about the current state of Discord's response time to recent hacks. I too had an issue occur this weekend. And both discord and epic games had password reset requests mailed to me.
Epic games got back to me immediately and the account was made secure, Discord still no dice.
Discord's offering is fantastic and what you get for a reasonable nitro price per anum is brilliant but some changes need to be made.
When making a support request no ticket is actually created. It takes a reply to the original email message to actually generate a ticket but when that is done no confirmation of a support ticket is sent..
I think I have a ticket in place to deal with my issue... but do I?...
It leaves me without access to a 600 person server I administer and the several sites I use Discord Oauth too, Not to mention administration access to my Discord Applications.

Evilashai Because without actually understanding how/where/why his account was hacked in the first place, it's highly likely he'll fall victim to hacking again. That's how it's bad news.
It's also difficult for Discord to help you if you yourself don't even know what happened.0 -
They really do need live support since its been 17 days without any response :)))))
