My account got hacked and it automatically violated the tos, like literally its annoying how I'd spend my time happily with my friends then this one hacker comes out of nowhere and leaves every server and spams, I tried to change pass but it was too late. so now I can only use this account.

Discord is not required to provide proof nor evidence for why they banned you. They aren't even required to provide you a specific reason. In my experience most people have never actually read the TOS, so I very much doubt you can definitively say you've never violated. Most discord users have likely violated the TOS on multiple occasions to various degrees, you were just never punished because you weren't reported.

HSD  You are responsible for your own account security. Discord would be incredibly negligent if they allowed a compromised account to continue being used. If my account were to be taken over by a hacker, I would very much prefer Discord ban the account, rather than allow countless levels of personal information to be obtained by said hacker.

You're entire chat history is bound to your account, anyone who logs in can read every single past message you've ever sent and received.

ok so now, tell me why Discord ban people without reason ? (and i didnt break TOS rules, i have readed all) (sry for my bad english btw)

BUT WHY DISCORD BAN FOR NOTHING ? They must provides proofs of what they advances.

imagine losing +100 servers and +450 friends... Impossible...

Pandounet  Because Discord is a private entity and can refuse service to anyone they want for any reason, or no reason at all.I bet you also probably didn't read the terms of service for your bank account. Almost every single bank in the United States has a clause that states "We can terminate your account for any reason, or for no reason at all, at our sole discretion"If a bank can close your financial accounts without notice or reason, why do you think discord can't?

"They must provides proofs of what they advances."

There is no law requiring them to inform you why you've been banned.

This is not a help forum, this is a feedback forum. No one but trust and safety could have helped him in the first place. He asked a question "ok so now, tell me why Discord ban people without reason ?"

I answered that question. Not liking the answer doesn't make it unhelpful, there was nothing anyone here could do but explain to him why discord could ban him.

He came here to complain about being banned, not to offer up ideas on how the ban system could be improved, not to suggest anything should change, nothing. This is not a "I was banned and it's unfair" forum. You submit a ticket to Discord Trust & Safety and work through it with them and if you can't, you make a new account. Discord staff are on record saying you're allowed to make a new account if you're banned, and they discourage you for continuing the behavior that got you banned in the first place.

That being said, what would you have preferred I tell him? "Oh, those dastardly wumpus villains, how dare they ban a fellow customer for no reason! That's illegal! You should definitely hire an attorney and take them to court! They can't do that!"

All of that might have made him happy, it would also have been wrong and impossible to do. Since by using discord you agree to arbitration and waive your right to sue them.

You're confusing helpfulness with kindness, they're not the same thing. I did not curse at, insult or in any way disparage him either. I gave him a straight laced answer directly to his question.
