Phone verification is dumb

Not all users have phones make its so we can use email or something like email would be better cause you need a email to make a account why not that instead cause all users have a email me included everyone that uses discord so why not that instead plus it happened right when minecraft earth was ending I can't see what happened to the minecraft earth discord

  I have encountered the exact problem, I have no phone I DO NOT WISH TO USE A PHONE VERFICATION SYSTEM

  Dude that is so hard to read. Do you not know what punctuation is? But yeah, the phone verification is stupid but it looks like they probably won't get rid of it no matter how much their users beg and plead.
