Colour our discord banners

For us non nitro users, discord takes a random colour and makes it your banner but someone like me with a cat photo it isn't always the nicest shade, so I suggest that we enable for non nitro users to at least be able to colour our banners in different colours.

  This is actually a beta feature that I have access to. Not sure whether it'll be available to Non-Nitro users though if it does get fully released. There is no Nitro Logo next to it as there is for About Me but that may be because it's not public. Anyway, Discord does have this and it's currently in beta haha!
