Make Profile Picture Cooldown Longer

I suggest that discord should make discord cooldowns longer and usernames because its really confusing to have someone who changes their info a ton and you forget who they are because they have a totally new username/pfp. I recommend a day or 2 cooldown.

  You can right click a user and press "Add Note" if you need to keep track of your friends. A day or 2 cooldown would create massive inconvenience for anyone who's looking for a profile picture, or changing it as a joke. I've already hit the ratelimit a few times myself and I don't even change my profile picture that much.
