Terrible discord support

Hi, my account got hacked a few days ago. I managed to get it back but discord disabled it.

I messged on support explained the situation that my account got hacked and got disabled, that i didnt violate any TOS or guidelines and if they could unblock my account.

Sadly i didnt know how bad and useless discord support is. They just flooded my email with copy paste messages and said they wont unblock my account because i violated tos. My account got fricking hacked and they disabled it how did I VIOLATE ANYTHING now its 1 week and nothing. I think i will lose my account with nitro friends and lot of badges. i just want to say i hope they get fired . Cant unblock my account because it got hacked. I will never use this app agin if they wont unblock my account . VeX#7777

    You are responsible for your account security. If it is compromised for any reason, Discord has a duty to disable that account to prevent malicious access of your private information. You are also responsible for any activity that account engaged in after being hacked, even if you weren't personally controlling it.

    You are responsible for your account, and for the security of your password and token.
