my discord account got hacked and stolen

My account was hacked, they changed my email first so I cannot go and click " forgot password" 

I send a ticket and email to discord

I was wondering if anyone knows if discord can really help get my account back?

Some people say they can and others say they cannot. 

Please, help me

    Same goes here, I've wrote a ticket directly to support nearly an hour after the situation when my account got stolen via token grabber, got some replies that they'll let me know what's going on with the case... and here I am, still waiting for anything; soon it will be around 3 weeks since that incident.

    I'll probably try to do another ticket but I don't have any hope. What a shame.
