I tried to change my phone number but I had to change my password and now I'm locked out of my account

I logged into another account and used my phone number to get verified on a server, and now my phone number from my main account got deleted. I tried to put it back on, but I had to enter my password. You see, I forgot my password for the account, and whenever I had to enter, I would just scan the QR code on my phone. However, I changed my password and got locked out of both my phone and my computer because Google Authenticator doesn't work. Can you please let me back into my account or at least tell me what to do now.
Both on my pc and my phone I'm stuck at the Authenticator code/backup code part. I can't access either.

Is there a way to request some backup codes or a QR code for my authenticator? Please, for the love of God don't tell me I locked myself out of my account
