Alright so i recieved a message today and i want to know if its Real or not

if not i want to everybody know this might be a Scammer to get youre discord info

  Definitely fake. The link isn't an official discord link, and he doesn't have a bot symbol. In any case, discord would use clyde or wumpus, not this... whatever it is.
