Reduce Username Change Cooldown (With Idea to Help Moderation)

As of today I learned there was a 1 hour cooldown for changing usernames after it is changed twice. I understand why it was made, but for those who make typos or for those who are indecisive twice an hour is a massive inconvenience. I personally believe four username changes in an hour would suffice, or ideally four every 30 minutes but I know moderation would be more difficult on large servers. I'm personally not really on any severs so nicknames are of no use. Maybe a feature could also be added where other users could see previous usernames starting with the first change of the cooldown period for moderation by right clicking to view their profile. Usernames could clear the next day or after the cooldown ends and no other username changes are made.
