My Account got Hacked a week ago and Discord refuses to block the account.

My account HIVE | V3N#8844 got hacked a week ago and even though the support got back to me 3 days later they still refuse to block the account. meanwhile the hacker is leaving groups and brags about the hacking on facebook. 

How bad can DISCORD support be? They have every proof they need.
