Waiting more than 6 days

Hello, my friend got his underage account shut off on 10.7. The very next day (11.7) he requested to turn his account back on and supplied all the necessary things. He has been waiting for 6 days and discord still hasn't replied and he is afraid that they will then write something like "Sorry, but we can't restore your account anymore because we don't have any data because it was deleted. If you are not violating the ToS you can re-create your account". My friend has a lot of stuff on there, bots, verified dev badges and such pretty rare stuff and he would hate to lose everything. My other friend also got a terminate and asked for it right away in the afternoon and by the evening they unlocked his account. Do you know why sometimes they reply within a few hours and sometimes they don't even reply within 6 days?

Dear Huro,

This also happened to my friend and unfortunately there was nothing I could do. He sent everything the team's support demanded.. I'm sorry they don't respond and many people will lose their account as a result. Unfortunately, all you have to do is text a number in some conversation that is less than age enough with the country to close your account. They should definitely change this system.
