Impossible to Enable Server Discovery

I disabled server Discovery and can't re-enable it. After clicking "Enable" it says "Careful - you have unsaved changes!" then I'm clicking to "Save Changes" but it does nothing. Could you please check it out? We're not in even discovery anymore. Please fix this problem...

I have tried everything, browser, PTB, Canary...
