Token Grabber (Stolen Account)
My Account was stolen by stealing the cookies off my PC, they changed my password then signed me out of all devices & removed my 2FA on my account. I have my E-mail & Cellphone tied to my account, but neither are sufficient to regain access to my account.
It's outrageous that discord can have both my E-mail & Cellphone but not send verification to NEITHER OF THEM to verify 2 Factor being added to my device?
I have private discords with only myself in them to save passwords & codes, as well as things people have sent me over the course of years. To expect them to delete all those messages & me have no way to access them while someone else has access to my account? While someone is clearly using my account in a different location? While using a different E-mail, Phone Number, IP address, & Device?
What am I suppose to do? I will lose access to things I can never get back?
Discord can't possibly lock every single person out of their discord account whenever this happens & think that's ok?

Yeah, that's pretty much what happened to me. 7 days waiting and counting for discord to do something about it I have the same problem as you, personal information like my address for example and important things there and friends conversations with also personal information.
Discord just doesn't give a f about it.0 -
If the hacker activates 2FA on his own you will never be able to access your account again: / Discord can reset the email address (so the hacker will no longer have access to the account) but not 2FA because it does not save not the access keys. So in the end if this is done you can say goodbye to your account :( I got hacked and the hacker has reset the 2FA Discord has reset the email address but it does not change that I still do not have access :( now we have to wait until they improve their security system and keep a 2FA key for this kind of case :) If you want I talked about the problems of securing discord on a post (sorry the text is in French but there is google translate if you wish)

TBH discord support is like just lifeless, they don't care at all at a single mere user, since they have "100 million" more users using it. I got hacked, my account got disabled and I can't get it back since support is just a bunch of robot-minded jerks who don't even read the request properly, like man I think the hacker copied all my dms since my friend sent me his password to watch on his acc when he is off, and then my friend got hacked, on his alt, he lost 2 accounts total from the same guy, I lost it aswell to the same hacker, he called himself "ender" and in every account he hacks he sends a dm to the latest person and says sth like "this account has been hacked by ender for disrespecting me", and even if I attached the ss from my other friend that got it they wouldn't care to think. So tbh no hope in relying on the support, its just trash.

I got access back to my account but my Paypal & bank did a chargeback so it disabled it. At the very least they should be able ti re-enable my account considering I got the disputes lifted.

Lucky you, my account is gone, servers and friends i had been deleted, they canceled the nitro subscription, everything i had is gone. even information i had on servers that i was the only one there, 6 years of discord account and information gone in a matter of days.

Hey, I'm going through the exact same thing right now. Can I be hopeful that I'll get my account back? The hacker bought 10 nitro gifts using my account and locked me out with 2FA. They didn't change my password or email yet though.

Here i am also going through the same thing as you guys. The main acc got it’s 2fa bypassed and I’m not really sure the hacker didn’t remove the 2fa and re enabled it, I still have the phone number though
