Custom age restrictions for channels

The idea is pretty basic, it would be nice to be able to set custom age restrictions on specific channels. Just like now, we can create an nsfw channel, but it will be a setting with an option to specify a custom age restriction, and also this setting will not necessarily mark the channel as an nsfw channel.
